Accessing the Pega Platform help from secure networks

Beginning with Pega Platform™ 8.1, you can access the Pega Platform help directly from Pega Community. You no longer need to deploy the help locally. For more information, see Online Help Systems and Resource URLs.

Additionally, Pega Community provides many articles, videos, training materials, and support resources. When you consult Pega Community, you have the most up-to-date version of these resources available.

To access Pega Community from secure networks, add to your list of allowed networks so that the site is not blocked by your firewall.
