CalculateSLAForFinalChargeback data transform

The CalculateSLAForFinalChargeback data transform rule is used to calculate FinalCBExpiryDateTime by adding 45 days to the representment date. The Final Chargeback cannot be submitted if more than 45 days from the representment date have passed.
