Managing relevant records
Manage your relevant records to consolidate records that are specific to your cases and data types. Marking records as relevant can reduce time-consuming searching through unrelated records in your cases.
- In the header of Dev Studio, click .
- In the Class Name field, enter the class of a case type
or data type, based on how you plan to use the rule.By default, only active relevant records for the selected class are displayed.
- Do any of the following actions:
- To display inactive records for the specified class, select the Show inactive relevant records for the class check box.
- To mark a record as active or inactive for the selected class, click the Actions icon on the rightmost side of the row.
- To display records that are inherited from the hierarchy of the specified class, select the Show inherited relevant records for the class check box.
- To mark an inherited record from another class as active or inactive for the selected class, click the Actions icon on the rightmost side of the row.
