You can reply to a message in Pulse to continue a conversation.The following guidance applies to case messages, however, you can communicate in other contexts, such as a team or application. For more information, see Choosing a context for Pulse messages.
- Open a case:
- Search for the case.
- Click on the case in the worklist or work queue on your dashboard.
- Find the relevant message in the Pulse conversation.
- Optional: To acknowledge the message without sending a reply, click the Like icon.
- Click Comment, and then enter your message text.
- Optional: Enhance the format or content of your message.
- Click Post.
Users are notified of your reply and any attachments that you provide, based on their notification preferences.
