Tagging an existing message in Pulse
You can tag a message in Pulse to associate it with similar messages. By categorizing messages, you can help users find information that is required to resolve a case.
The following guidance applies to case messages,
however, you can communicate in other contexts, such as a team or application. For more
information, see Choosing a context for Pulse messages.
- Open a case:
- Search for the case.
- Click on the case in the worklist or work queue on your dashboard.
- Hover over a message.
- Click the Show more icon, and then click Add tag.
- Add a tag to the message.
To create a new tag, enter a unique name in the Add tag field.
To reuse a tag, press the Down Arrow key in the Add tag field, and then select a tag.
- Click Add.
- Click OK.
