Alerts

Updated on May 31, 2022

You can view or download the current alert log to see important notifications about the functioning of your system.

Threshold values in dynamic system settings (DSS) affect the operation and criteria of many alerts.

If an article about an alert lists default prconfig.xml settings, as a best practice, you can change those settings by using DSS. For example, to enable the PEGA0001 alert, you create the prconfig/alerts/browser/interactionTimeThreshold/enabled/default DSS, and then set its value to true. For more information, see Creating a dynamic system setting.

Note: These changes take effect the next time your system starts.
