Accessing the C86 implementation details

C86 is applicable for credit cards issued in Canada. In Pega Smart Dispute for Issuer application, C86 is a configurable feature that financial institutions that issue credit cards in Canada can enable.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers
In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureSmart Dispute Configurations C86 Configurations.

Navigating to C86 configurationC86 configuration panel can be accessed by navigating to the Smart Dispute Configurations in the Dev Studio.

Click Enable to enable C86 configuration. Alternatively, in the Dynamic System Settings, in the Value field, enter true.

The Settings tab of the Edit Dynamic System Settings where the user can set the value to true to enable C86 configuration.

Note: Issuers that do not intend to enable C86 or do not issue credit cards in Canada must ensure that the Dynamic System Setting value is false or the C86 configuration is disabled.
