Configuring a data model for a case
Configure a data model to define data that you want to use in a case. For example, to include a user's address of residence in a case, add an address value to the data model.
- In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
- On the Data model tab, click +Add field.
- Enter a value name.
- From the list, select a type of the value.
- Click Save.
- Validating case data
Validate the values of properties in a case to help users provide correct information when they create or save a case.
