Learning about case processes
A process in a stage is a flow or a sequence of events that models a business process. By adding processes to a stage, you can define the paths that users take as they move a case through its life cycle.
Each process has one or more steps. The type of steps and settings that you choose depend on the purpose of your process and on how the process relates to other processes in the stage.
For example, if your business case is to interview a job candidate, you can create an Interview process that you divide into the following tasks:
- Schedule interview
- Notify candidate
- Conduct interview
