When you work on a case, you can add content from a CMIS system to the case in the Attachments section.
- Click Attach new in the Attachments section and click the value that you entered in the Label for 'Upload CMIS content' menu item field on the Integration & security tab of the application rule.
- Browse and attach a file from one or more CMIS systems. These systems correspond to the
Connect-CMIS records that are available for the current
The case attachment now appears in the Attachments section.
Note: To remove a case attachment, click the Delete icon next to the name of the attachment.
