Bulk processing

You can use the Bulk actions form in the Case Manager portal to process more than one case at a time. Bulk processing saves time and is less error prone than processing cases individually.

Note: Only Pega Platform applications that you build with UI Kit support bulk processing.

You can perform the following tasks in bulk:

  • Creating a case

  • Updating case information

  • Running a flow action to update a case

  • Creating cases in bulk

    You can create multiple cases at once by using the Bulk actions form. Create cases in bulk to define case details, such as labels and work statuses, in one step without manually interacting with individual forms.

  • Updating cases in bulk

    You can update multiple cases at once by using the Bulk actions form. Update cases in bulk to set the values of case details, such as labels and descriptions, in one step without manually interacting with individual forms.

  • Running flow actions in bulk

    You can run the same flow action for multiple cases at once by using the Bulk actions form.

  • Troubleshooting errors in bulk processing
