Changing the case ID format
Change the case ID format to help case workers distinguish between instances of different case types.
- In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
- On the Settings tab, click General.
- In the as Case ID prefix field, enter a prefix for your case ID,
for example, JobApp.For more information on the ID format, see Case ID format.
- Click Save.
