Customer Profile Designer accelerator component
The Customer Profile Designer accelerator component is publicly available for download on Pega Marketplace. This component is meant to be used for industry-specific Pega Customer Decision Hub customers in the financial services, healthcare, or insurance industries. It serves as an accelerator to speed up MLP implementation, and as an example for building additional Customer Profile Designer summaries.
The component is designed to capture web clickstreams from various sources. Use the clickstream data set as the source for generic clickstream data. You can create a custom data flow or data set if that does not work for you. If you are intaking Celebrus data, see Celebrus integration component.
Summaries included in the component
The Customer Profile Designer component ships with the following Summaries:
- FSClicksteam – for aggregating clickstreams on financial services-based web pages
- HealthcareClickstream - for aggregating clickstreams on healthcare-based web pages
- InsuranceClickstream - for aggregating clickstreams on insurance-based web pages

JSON values
The service takes accepts a JSON value for the following fields:
- CookieID
- Cookie identification of the visitor on the webpage.
- VisitorCookieID
- Same as CookieID. Specific to certain third-party integrations, otherwise leave this field blank.
- VisitorIdentification
- Unique ID that identifies the visitor. Specific to certain third-party integrations, otherwise leave this field blank.
- Event
- Type of event that occurred.
- EventType
- Type of event that occurred. Specific to certain third-party integrations, otherwise leave this field blank.
- EventTimestamp
- The timestamp when the event occurred. By default, the shipped summaries aggregate on system time rather than on EventTimestamp. This is to avoid values of EventTimestamp that are not accepted by Pega, and because minor differences between when the system gets the event and the EventTimestamp do not affect how these values are used for decisioning.
- PageType
- The type of the page that the visitor visited.
- PageViewActiveTime
- The time in seconds the visitor spent on the page.
- PageLocation
- The actual URL of the page. This value is not used for aggregation.
- DeviceType
- The type of device the visitor used to access the page.
