To improve the artificial intelligence of Pega Email Bot™ and
its ability to detect the correct information from emails, you can configure a text
prediction for an application. You can configure a text prediction to detect topics,
entities, and sentiments in the email body, attachments, or both.
Tip: Text predictions are
targeted to replace text analyzers. As a best practice, configure text
analytics for your conversational channels by using text predictions
instead of text analyzers. For more information, see Text analysis concepts.
In the navigation pane of
