Use Tags to help make searching and filtering easier for end-users. For example, add metadata tags such as competency level, product (and version), or capability.

Level

Use the Level tag to define the level of skill required to complete the mission, and provide filtering criteria when searching on Pega Academy.

1. From the Level drop-down list, select the skill level required to complete the mission.
   
   

Product

Use Product tags to provide specific product area filtering criteria when searching on Pega Academy.

To add a product tag:

1. In the Product section, click Add term from Product Area to add a product area, a specific product, and a product version.

Capability

Use Capability tags to provide specific product capability filtering criteria when searching on Pega Academy.

To add a capability tag:

1. In the empty Capability field, enter the first few characters of the capability you want to add.
   
   
2. Click the capability to add the capability tag.

Click Add another item to add additional capabilities to the list.

Industry

Use Industry tags to provide specific industry filtering criteria when searching on Pega Academy.

To add an industry tag:

1. In the empty Industry field, enter the first few characters of the industry you want to add.
   
   
2. Click the industry to add the industry tag.

Click Add another item to add additional industries to the list.

Roles

Use Role tags to provide specific role filtering criteria when searching on Pega Academy.

To add a role tag:

1. In the empty Role field, enter the first few characters of the industry you want to add.
   
   
2. Click the role name to add the role tag.

Click Add another item to add additional roles to the list.

Search Keywords

In the Search Keywords text area, enter additional search terms that user may search for when looking for your content (misspellings, variations/plurals, specific phrases etc.). Separate each term with a comma.
