Customer Process Manager 5.2 is now available

Release 5.2 of Customer Process Manager (CPM) works with PegaRULES Process Commander V5.2 SP1 and includes enhancements that make the system easier to use and easier to manage. Highlights include:
  • A new, rich-internet user interface makes CPM 5.2 easier to navigate and easier to configure.
  • A visual Interaction Driver makes selecting and launching customer processes more intuitive for the user. Expanded configuration options are available for developers.
  • Dynamic coaching tips bring real-time advice and instructions to users
