Outgoing emails lose formatting

Condition
When you send an email, the text format looks different from the format of the original or the received email contains broken links.
Cause
Formatting issues might be caused by rich text editors such as Microsoft Word. Rich text editors use highly complex HTML formatting instructions, which the email program might not be able to properly decipher and adjust to format the message.
