Make the investigation of issues with your email integration more comprehensive
by reviewing the Log-Service-Email table.
The table is a useful source of information about the performance of your email listeners
because it stores entries for every error and status change during message processing.

In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click App.
Click Classes.
On the Classes tab, in the search bar, enter
Log-Service-Email, as shown in the following
figure:

Click the Log-Service-Email class.
In the log table, review the logs according to you needs.
Optional: To display only the entries that share the error category, perform the
following actions:
In the Error category column, click the
Filter icon.
In the Search text field, enter an error
category name.For example: Enter service-activity-failed to find the
messages that failed to generate a case as a result of the listener

Click Apply.
Optional: To delete an entry from the Log-Service-Email table,
perform the following actions:
Click an entry that you want to delete.
Click Delete.
In the
Delete
dialog box, in the Reason for deletion field,
enter the reason for deleting this entry, and then click
Delete.

avoid performance issues with your application, as shown in the following
