Defining pages and classes for a Parse XML rule

Updated on April 6, 2022

You can use a named page to map XML data. Complete the Pages & Classes tab to define a Page name to use with the Context Page value on the Mapping tab of the User Data window in a Parse XML rule.

This tab is optional and applies if you are manually configuring a Parse XML rule.

For more information, see How to Complete a Pages & Classes tab for basic instructions.

  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Records.
  2. Expand the Integration-Mapping category, and then click Parse XML.
  3. Click the row of a Parse XML rule to open it.
  4. Click the Pages & Classes tab.
  5. In the Page name field, enter the name of the clipboard page that will be used as the destination for the parsed XML data.
  6. In the Class field, select the class of that page.
  7. Click Save.
