Viewing email listeners

Review all of your email listeners in one place in your application. You can use this view to monitor updates to a listener or to determine dependencies.

  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Records.
  2. Expand the Integration-Resources category, and then click Email Listener.
  3. Optional: To open an email listener, click its row.
  4. Optional: To manually create an email listener, click Create. For more information, see Creating an email listener.
    Note: Email listeners are automatically generated with certain configurations, such as when creating an email channel or enabling case creation by email. For more information, see Creating an Email channel and Enabling creation by email of top-level cases.
    Important: Email listeners support folder names of up to 64 characters in length.
