Limited user actions when a revision misses its deadline

When a revision misses its Due by date, user actions are limited. It is not possible to submit or withdraw the revision.

Cause

The revision was not completed during the specified time period.

Solution

Revision manager
  1. In the Customer Decision Hub portal, a revision manager needs to update the Due by date of the revision to enable other actions for this revision.
  • Previous topic Cannot withdraw or update a revision or a change request
  • Next topic Submit option on a change request is not enabled
