No data flow service nodes are available

The following exception occurs when you start processing a data flow run: No data flow service nodes available.

Cause

The data flow service is not configured. To configure a data flow service, you must add at least one decision data node on the Data Flow tab of the Services landing page.

Solution

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureDecisioningInfrastructureServicesData flow.
  2. Click Add node.
  3. Select a node to become a decision data node.
  4. Click Submit.
    The status of the new node is set to JOINING.
  5. Click Refresh to ensure that the status of the decision data node changes to NORMAL.

    The list contains a single node. The status of the node is normal.
