Storing customer and analytical data

Updated on March 11, 2021

After enabling the key decision strategy management services, configure the data sources for storing your customer and analytical data.

The Apache Cassandra-managed Decision Data Store (DDS) is the primary data storage solution for managing large amounts of data in decision management. You can also use various other types of data sets, depending on your business use case. For example, you can connect to Kafka for real-time data streaming, to Facebook for text analysis, or create a Monte Carlo data set to simulate large amounts of customer data.
