Timeout exceptions during snapshot generation

Updated on March 11, 2021

There is a problem with the Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) data mart agent that captures information about the state of models, predictors, and predictor binning.

Cause

The adaptive models in your system are large, or the Pega Platform server is busy.

Solution

  1. Expand the SysAdmin category, and then click Dynamic System Settings.
  2. Decrease the admmart/batchSize dynamic system setting from 50 to a lower value, and save the change.
Editing the admmart/batchSize dynamic system setting
The adm mart batch size dynamic system setting is open in Dev Studio. The new value is set to 30.
