Adaptive models do not contain any active predictors, or contain only one active predictor

Updated on May 17, 2024

The list of active predictors in the Active predictors overview report is empty.

For more information about adaptive model reports, see Viewing summarized adaptive model reports.

Cause: ADM cold start

You cold started the Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) service and there are no responses yet.

Remedy

  1. Wait until the ADM service gathers some responses and uses them to update the adaptive models in your system.

Cause: Performance threshold is too high

The performance threshold that you set on the Settings tab of the adaptive model rule to exclude poorly performing predictors might be too high.

Remedy

  1. If this performance threshold was modified, consider restoring the threshold to the default value (0.52).

Cause: Ordered responses

You uploaded responses in order, for example, negative responses first, and the ADM service has no data to make any distinctions because all cases are negative.

Solution

  1. When you upload responses, ensure that the CSV file contains positive and negative responses listed at random.
For more information, see Uploading responses of the customers.
