Extracting keywords and phrases

Use Prediction Studio to create entity extraction models for text analytics. With text extraction, you can detect named entities from text data and assign them to predefined categories, such as names of organizations, locations, people, quantities, or values.

  • Creating entity extraction models

    Automatically create a case, populate a form, or route an assignment by building entity extraction models for recognizing keywords and phrases. Each entity extraction model classifies keywords and phrases as personal names, locations, organizations, and so on, into predefined categories that are called entity types.

  • Building machine learning entity extraction models

    Use Pega Platform machine learning capabilities to create entity extraction models to recognize named entities.
