Request a discount when creating service requests in Portal mode. The option to offer and apply discounts can be tailored to meet your business needs.

1. Log into the Portal mode as any supported user and follow the steps to create a service request until you reach the Other Notes screen.
2. Enter the discount amount in the Notes field, along with some supporting text, and then select the Send to manager for discount checkbox.
3. Click Submit to create the service request with a discount request.
