PMF 6.1.1 - About the Project Management Framework
The Project Management Framework (PMF) implements best practices for management and tracking of application development projects across multiple development and QA environments.
Features
- Provides out of the box support for Scrum and SmartBPM projects
- Manages projects small and large, from individual tasks to task groupings and project suites
- Supports alignment of products and releases with backlogs and multiple projects
- Handles all the project elements for a managed, successful project – from inception to deployment.
- Uses agile methods for fast feedback and accurate tracking of the entire project
- Ties into other project life-cycle tools – Application Profiler, Test Management Framework, and developer tools
- Integrates Application Profiler details including user stories and use cases, and lets managers and product owners flesh out these stories (including adding Scrum story points) in the framework
- Supports third-party tools including Microsoft Project and code repositories
- Provides complete real-time reporting on projects, tasks, and work progress
- Supports Direct Feedback from Developer and End User Portals to assign tasks, issues, and bugs.
