PMF 6.1.1 - Setting up the framework

The Project Management Framework V6.1.1 SP1 is installed on a Process Commander V6.1 SP1 instance that is separate from the V5.4 SP2, V5.4 SP3, V5.5 SP1 or V6.1 SP1environment where you actually build and test your applications.

 

The Project Management Framework V6.1.1 SP1 is installed on a Process Commander V6.1 SP1 instance that is separate from the V5.4 SP2, V5.4 SP3, V5.5 SP1 or V6.1 SP1 environment where you actually build and test your applications. Installation involves:

  • Loading database tables and RuleSets on the framework instance
  • Loading an additional RuleSet on each of the development environments that you want to use to track development progress against a project in PMF
  • Running an upgrade step for selected data elements if you are upgrading the framework from V3.2 to V6.1.1 SP1
