This section describes the components required for a Pega Call installation.

Requirements for Pega Call CTI link engine

The Pega Call CTI Link engine is a set of Java classes deployed within a Pega Platform node. These classes enable bi-directional communication with a PBX/ACD using computer telephony integration (CTI). For integration with Avaya AES, the CTI Link engine uses the Java Telephony API (JTAPI). The connection between the AES server and the Pega Platform node running the Pega Call CTI Link Engine is TCP/IP.

Pega Call supports Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome web browsers. Refer to the Pega Platform guide for details on versions supported.
