Optional: Integrating with Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications

You can integrate Pega Configure Price Quote for Communications with Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications to get product offers through guided selling.

  1. In Dev Studio, click ConfigureSettingsIntelligent sellingEnable intelligent selling.

  2. Set the Value field to true.

  3. Update the Recommended Offers Service URL.

    1. In Dev Studio, click ConfigureSettingsIntelligent sellingRecommended offers service URL.

    2. Update the Value field to point to the host name where Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications is installed. For example: http://<hostname>:<port>/prweb/PRRestService/PegaMKTContainer/V3/Container

  4. Update the Capture Response Service URL.

    1. In Dev Studio, click ConfigureSettingsIntelligent sellingCapture response URL.

    2. Update the Value field to point to the host name where Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications is installed. For example: http://<hostname>:<port>/prweb/PRRestService/PegaMKTContainer/V3/Container
