Configuring the display of work order delays in the Dispatcher portal

Perform the following steps to display work order delays in the Dispatcher portal.

  1. To add an end time SLA, perform the following tasks:

    1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Case types.

    2. Select the implementation work order case type that you want to configure.

    3. Click SettingsGoal & deadline.

    4. In the Use Service-level agreement (SLA) list, select Existing SLA and enter WorkOrderEndTimeSLA.

    5. Save the case type rule.

  2. To add a start time SLA, perform the following tasks:

    1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Case types.

    2. Select the implementation work order case type that you want to configure.

    3. On the Workflow tab, open the flow rule that you want to modify.

    4. On the Process tab, in the Service level agreement section. enter WorkOrderStartTimeSLA.

    5. Save the flow rule.
