Creating a product family and product line
A product family is a high-level grouping of products, for example, CoolAir has a family of central air conditioning systems or a family of window air conditioners. A product line is a set of related products, for example, CoolAir manufactures a “High Efficiency” line of window air conditioners.
To create a new product family, in the Pega Field Service Admin portal, click .
In the Create product family window, complete the displayed fields.
To create a new product line, in the Admin portal, click .
In the Create product line window, complete the displayed fields.
