Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal

The Pega Field Service application provides the Dispatcher portal, which is a dedicated workbench for dispatchers to manage schedules. The Dispatcher portal displays field workers, their work orders, and routes. As a dispatcher, you manage the schedules of the field workers who are assigned in your service territories. With certain types of schedules called Trips, you can use the Dispatcher portal to create a schedule based on the most optimal travel route before dispatching the work to the field workers. You log in as a dispatcher in the Pega Field Service application to access this portal and perform the following tasks. If you need to create a dispatcher account, contact your field service administrator. Your administrator can create an account as described in Creating a dispatcher.
