Setting up and assigning skills and certifications

Updated on October 6, 2020

Skills and certifications are defined by the organization. Certifications are also awarded by an accredited certification agency. For example, if a field worker has completed a training course or has acquired an accredited license, certification is awarded to the field worker. Skills indicate that a field worker is capable of performing a certain kind of work like carpentry or installing a window or a door. The field worker's skill level can range from 1 to 10. For example, installing a door or window requires a higher level of skill and repairing a door or a window requires a lower level of skill. Assign skills and certifications to the field workers to indicate what work the field worker can perform.
