Setting up services and tasks

Updated on October 6, 2020

As a business administrator, configure the services that your organization performs in the application. Within a service, you can specify the associated products, as well as the duration, skills, and certifications required to perform the work. A service type is a classification to group similar services. For example, if repair is a service type that can have various services such as window repair, door repair, and refrigerator repair. A task is a subunit of work that a field worker performs to complete the service, such as completing a safety checklist. It can also be specified within the service.
