Use tours to efficiently track your work and travel. For example, as a field worker, you can start your tour and the application internally captures the time spent on the jobs throughout the tour as well as the travel performed during the tour.

1. In the Pega Field Service mobile app, tap Tour menu.

2. On the Tour list page, if there is no open tour, tap New tour.

3. Tap Start.

   Note: You can create only one tour at a time. If a tour is in progress, you cannot start a new tour. You can take a break in the tour and resume the tour later. For more information, see Taking a break and resuming the tour.
   Result: The Working time clock starts.
