Expand the range of field options in your application by adding records to the option map. For example, add values for reasons why cases are rejected.

1. In the Dev Studio Explorer panel, click Data.

2. Click the Option Map data type.

3. On the Records tab, at the bottom of the list of records, click Add record.

   For example, add Insufficient data as a reason for case rejection.

4. Optional:

   To edit existing records, click the Configure field icon.

5. Optional:

   To add values to the option map for the Procurements application, switch to that application and repeat steps 2 and 3 for the Procurement Option Map data type.
