Customizing bid qualification

Updated on January 18, 2021

After a procurement bid is submitted, procurement officers qualify the bid to accept it, reject it, or suspend it. You can customize the qualification process. For example, you can expand the qualification form or modify the process flow.

  1. Customize the bid qualification process by performing any of the following actions:

    • To add new fields to the process, create new properties in the appropriate classes, for example, the PegaPS-Work-Procurement-Bid class.
    • To customize the process flow, search for and save the QualifyBid flow in your implementation layer and modify it.
    • To add more status options and reasons, search for and modify the Procurement Option Map data type.

For more information about flows, see Flows and Flow shapes.

For more information about modifying option maps, see Adding values to option maps.
