Configuring drag-and-drop functionality for tables

Updated on April 5, 2022

Configure tables and optimized tables so that users can reorder individual rows to adjust the content of tables.

Before you begin: Create a table that does not use a read-only source. For more information, see grid.
  1. Open the section with the table that you created.

  2. Click the table, and then click the View properties icon.

  3. In the Layout properties window, click the Operations tab.

  4. In the Grid operations section, select the Allow row reordering check box.

Note: To display the Allow row reordering check box when the table you are configuring is an optimized table, ensure that the Allow Group by (Additional settings on the column) check box is cleared.
  5. Click Submit.
