The final cutover includes migrating the production data and Going Live in production. Members of your migration team and Pega’s team are present throughout the final cutover and Go Live.

The team follows the Production Cutover runbook, which is already created and approved.  A call is set up with the migration teams to establish necessary communication throughout the final cutover, based on what is specified in the Production Runbook.

You are responsible for any final testing before making the migration go/no-go decision.  After you make the decision, the Pega team makes the final cutover and the application goes live on Pega Cloud.
