Collect database information using some of the same resources used to collect application information.  As with application information, add the database information and any required remediations to the Migration Project Plan.

Use the same Client Cloud Migration Gap Assessment Worksheet that you used to collect application information to also collect database information.  It lists important information to gather about your database and helps highlight any unsupported features and required changes when migrating your database to Pega Cloud.   For the database assessment, complete the Database Analysis sheet and relevant parts of the Infrastructure Analysis and Other Requirements sheets of this worksheet.

Use the Pega Cloud Readiness Tool output, as well as manual methods, to gather the necessary information to populate the Gap Assessment Worksheet.

Address gaps, remediations, and required functional and operational changes identified in the database assessment during the “Update” phase of the modernization journey.  Classify them this way in the Migration Project Plan.
