After the production system is live on Pega Cloud, Pega provides two weeks of Hypercare monitoring. During this period, Pega performance experts are available to assist with any possible performance issues. You are responsible for monitoring PDC for alerts and engaging Pega in the event of an issue. Initiate contact through an incident request in My Support Portal.
