Establish governance, and call cadence

Establish project governance and necessary project calls throughout the migration project.  Create a contact list for everyone involved in the project.  Pega recommends setting the following meeting cadence for the duration of the migration project:

• Daily stand-ups with the core project team
• Weekly project plan and risk review meeting
• Monthly stakeholder meetings

Hold Kickoff Meeting

Pega recommends holding a project kickoff meeting to start the migration project. Use the kickoff meeting to introduce all the people involved in the migration.  Also include an overview of the process and the timeline. During the meeting, share any documents or resources that need to be accessed or updated during the migration project.
