Pega provides a sample project plan to use as a starting point to create your own project plan.  The sample plan covers all the phases of migrating, from planning to support after the cutover to Pega Cloud.  It covers migrating the Pega Platform and strategic applications.  See Platform SAMPLE Project Plan

Use the other tools and resources to help populate your project plan.  Review your completed project plan with the Pega team before beginning Phase 2 of the migration.
