To enable certain features, for example, microsites, you need to update the relevant dynamic system settings with some information, such as a microsite URL.

ConnectMKTURL

Used to identify the URL of the microsite to launch when a customer clicks on any images included in the outbound emails. The format for this property is http://hostname:port number/MS/index.html.

ConnectCRMURL

Used to identify the URL of the Pega Sales Automation instance when providing top offers or intents. You only need to set this up if you are licensed for Pega Customer Service or Pega Customer Service for Financial Services.

Note: Before release 7.4, this setting was named ConnectCSURL. Copy the value of your ConnectCSURL dynamic system settings rule into the ConnectCRMURL dynamic system settings rule.

microsite/parameters/useridentifier

Used to identify the operator used for the microsite.

Microsite/URL

Used to define the URL for microsites. The format for the URL is http://hostname:port number/prweb/IAC.

microsite/parameters/skinname

Used to identify the skin rule for the microsite.

1. Log in as an administrator with access to Dev Studio.
2. In the navigation pane, click RecordsSysAdminDynamic System Settings.
3. Find the instances to update.
4. Include the value for your URL.
