The Note case type can be extended to any other cases by completing the following steps.

1. Click Case types.

2. Click the vertical ellipsis and then select Open.

3. Add the Note case as a child case type or add the ManageNote (PegaPS-Work) process as a case-wide supporting process.

4. Save your changes.
