Updating the PegaMKT-Work-Ops email account

Edit the PegaMKT-Work-Ops email account, which Pega 1:1 Operations Manager uses to send out notifications.

  1. Log in to Dev Studio by using an operator ID with the OpsMgrAdmin access group and the password that you specified for that operator.
  2. Click ConfigurationIntegrationEmailEmail Accounts.
  3. Fill out the required information for the Sender account.
  4. Optional: Fill out the required information for the Receiver account.
    This account is used to receive responses to emails sent from the Sender account.
  5. Click Save.
