Creating the Pega Customer Decision Hub implementation layer application
Extend and customize the out-of-the-box features of Pega Customer Decision Hub by creating the implementation layer application.
For example, the implementation layer application contains the customer class for storing your customer data, a hierarchy of groups and issues and engagement policies for determining next best actions, and rules for loading customer data into Pega Customer Decision Hub from external systems.
Getting started:
Complete the initial setup for your deployment type:
- Pega Cloud services deployment
- Create an administrator operator and run the First-time Setup Process for
your application.
