Starting and stopping application gateways

After you create an application gateway, you can start or stop it as needed. When you stop an application gateway, Pega Platform rules are no longer used to customize call routing.

Note: Depending on whether the application gateway is currently in use, the system either displays the option to start the application gateway or stop it, but not both at the same time.
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureChannel ServicesPega CallAdministration and Configuration.
  2. On the Application gateways tab, in the Actions list in the row of the application gateway that you want to start or stop, click Start or Stop.
